My Weekend of Midgets, by Dixie De la Tour

Friday night, we wander into the Arrow Bar (cute, glittery, empty) and order drinks...they ain't *Attic-cheap*, but they'll do and the drinks were better, anyway. *One of us* proceeds to try to pick up the bartender (CUTE, smart, fun) and he's enjoying the attention from the Midget-Lovers. Many people couldn't come til later, and some had to be up early Sat morning so there was a shift change at about 10 PM (no midgets for the early shift that night). *One of us* went over to find out when the Midgets went on (as porn theatres do NOT answer their phones - imagine that) only to learn that we'd missed the show by minutes and the next one was purported to be at 11:30 PM. More people show up that I do not know, thanks to *One of us* forwarding it to other Midget-Lovers in the Community. A couple of Midget Lovers have brought Beard Papa cream puffs along, and we drunkenly decide it will be great fun for me to tip them with cream puffs while he snaps a picture with his camera phone of a Fetish in the Making: a fat girl tipping a stripping midget with a Cream Puff.
Then the drunks forget all the Cream Puffs and leave them in the bar. For all we know, they’re still on the bar at the Arrow as we speak….
We enter the Market Street Cinema, we take over the front rows on both sides...and we wait. There was plenty of regular-sized poon to entertain us in the meanwhile (one of whom saw my wad of midget-money in my cleavage, leaned over and grabbed it with her teeth...I grabbed back about $20 with a scream, and let her keep a few bucks)
Sheesh.
The midgets, Pixie and Lacey, come out at about 12:40. Or so. They are about 3 1/2' tall, one blonde and one goth-haired, wearing exercise outfits. The blonde, Lacey, is wearing tennis shoes. Pixie is wearing what appear to be children's stilettos that are a few sizes too big. Lacey does acrobatics, while Pixie struts standard diminuitive catwalk fare. Neither get full-on naked, tho they showed me their tiny universes up close, with the aid of the pole that is inches from my face. They perform for about 15 minutes or so.
I go backstage afterward to get the 4"x6" autographed (that they had tossed me during the show), and talk for a minute while they sign it. I find out 1) their names, 2) how many years they've been stripping, and 3) that they're from Boston.
None of which jibes with this story that I'd been told was *the* Little Sisters:

Saturday night, a second posse/Friday night’s early shift ventures down to the MSC to check out the last night of Midgets…and I get a call that the management knows they’re 'the girl in the Red Cowboy hat’s people’, and he says I should come back. So I do, figuring his excellent memory means I won’t have to pay $20 to get in. YES.
I’m later than the other *One of Us* who caught the 5 MINUTE show on Saturday night (a much shorter show than Friday nights’) so I go back to Sin City to get a Polaroid with the Midgets, who are in a booth dressed in matching Little Red Riding Hood outfits. Awesome.
While they’re prepping the high quality Polaroid camera to take our pic, I make conversation with Pixie and Lacey and ask them about the Little Sister’s article….
And get them PISSED OFF. And kinda freaked out.
It’s not them, they had no idea somebody else is using their copyrighted name (the Little Sisters) and they want details. I tell them everything I can remember from the article and offer to forward it to their email but they say they 1) have no email address, and 2) they have no website for their act.
Now how hard would it be to steal from these two?!?! No web presence whatsoever!
So, I got two nights of Dwarves in costumes, a Polaroid with said Dwarves, and I got them totally riled up.
All in all, a successful weekend!
